A: Absolutely. If you are dependent on any medications please be sure to take your recommended dosage prior arriving at the airport or boarding the plane. NEVER pack your medications into your checked bags in the event there is a delay with the delivery of your bags. If you have questions regarding the rules for carrying medications you can contact the TSA at 307-772-2612 or go to their website.
A: Yes, it is very common for travelers with disabilities or medical conditions to require special assistance with travel arrangements. Should you need assistance, contact the airline you will be traveling with for more information.
A: Yes but you need to coordinate obtaining a boarding pass through the airline your child will be traveling on in order to go through the security screening checkpoint. Contact the airline your child will be traveling with for additional information. All persons must be screened, regardless if they will be traveling or not, prior to entering the gate holding area.
A: No. Oxygen is a known accelerant and is considered dangerous onboard commercial aircraft. Each airline has specific procedures for their travelers who require supplemental oxygen in flight, including the use of specific models of portable oxygen concentrators. These concentrators are usually available through your oxygen provider. Contact the airline you are traveling with for more information.
A: No. These screening machines are not currently in use at Cheyenne.
A: No. We encourage all travelers to wait to purchase vending items until after they have passed screening. The passenger gate holding area has vending machines on the other side of security screening.
